Reflection Of Technological Ethics And Construction Of Technological Ethics

New technology, which affects the civilization process with its huge historical forces and unimaginable speed, develops rapidly in Modern society and has permeated into every aspects of human life. Some experts will discuss the theme of the technical value standard, for the technology has permeated into life style of human beings.With the direction of the basic viewpoint of Marxism historical materialism and combining history and logic, theory and practice, the writer analysis technology should be redressed by ethics soon and the necessity of reconstruction of modern technology ethics from the following three aspects: practice of technology, technology' s own level and technology ethics, and tries to build modern technology ethics enlightened by "responsibility ethics" .This paper discusses the theme from four aspects. First, the writer narrates the concepts relating to the theme (technology, ethics and technology ethics), analysis their relations, foreshadowing for the following thesis, and teases the technique development process, thus explaining the importance of studying this theme. Second, the writer analysis the development of technology leads to the "materialization" of nature, the dissimilation of human being and the "interruption" of economic development from the practice aspect, in order to explain the technology development should be redressed by ethics soon. Then, the writer demonstrates the unity of its intrinsic value and external value, the unity of its natural property and social property and the unity of its positive value and negative value from technology' s own aspect, thus explaining technology has relations with ethics and should"intermarry" ethics. Last, the writer analysis the traditional ethics feels the overload, "wisdom ethics" and"expediency morality" feels much burden from the technology aspect. In order to redress the development of modern technology, the writer brings in responsibility ethics and tries to build modern technology ethics enlightened by it.
