Exposition On Li Da-Zhao's Thought And Practice Of Constitutionalism

As the founder of the Communist Party of China, Li Da-zhao was not only a greatproletarian revolutionist, but also an outstanding thinker of recent and modern China. He hadmany writings and gained great achievements in many fields of social science in his life. Thepaper mainly expounds Li Da-zhao's thought and practice of constitutionalism. It includesfive parts: the first part talks about the genesis of his thought; the second part analyses thecontent and essence; the third part introduces his major constitutionalism activities; the fourthpart discusses the change of his thought; the last part is objective evaluation to his thought.Although Li Da-zhao's thought of constitutionalism didn't form integrated system and hadsome limits, It conformed to the historical trend of the times and represented the parts ofintellectual to the thinking about the constitutionalism. It provided theoretical basis for thelater democratic movements; more, It has practical significance to the construction of socialistpolitical civilization in summarizing Li Da-zhao's thought of constitutionalism carefully.
