The area of Zhang Ailing's literature composition, includes novel, essay, and drama. To this kind of situation, my thesis will reread Zhang Ailing's screenplay from three point: composing history, drama characteristic, role character. Through this reread, I hope I can prove that: Zhang Ailing's screenplay is a very important part of her whole composition. Her screenplay, her novel and her essay, they influence each other, they pervade each other, they composed Zhang Ailing's literature world together.The first part of my thesis, is a review of Zhang Ailing's screenplay composition history. According to the reason of the history and her own, when Zhang Ailing wrote her screenplay, she can't wrote her novel and essay at the same time. Thus, when Zhang Ailing wrote her screenplay, she can only record her new ideas and new life understandings in this very literature style. Cause of this special writing situation, Zhang Ailing's screenplay can't be thrown off from her whole composition.The second part of my thesis, is a analysis of Zhang Ailing's screenplay. Zhang Ailing's screenplay not only enlarged the market consciousness and the optical recount style which can be found in her novel and essay, it but also have manycomedic elements. Cause Zhang Ailing's screenplay has these characteristics, that it is necessary supplement of her novel and essay.The last part of my thesis, is a discussion of women characters which in Zhang Ailing's screenplay. The women characters in Zhang Ailing's screenplay are very important continuations and supplements of those women characters in Zhang Ailing's novels. All of the women characters contained Zhang Ailing's attention and consideration about women's life situation. The continuity of Zhang Ailing's women characters' characteristics proved the truth in another way, that Zhang Ailing's screenplay is an important part of her whole composition.
