This text regards Longzhou Tusi of the 1316th century as the research object. I analyzed and discussed the governance on the Han nationality and Tibetan edge of Longzhou Tusi that under the central regime of the centralization of state power but not be included in the bureaucrat rules. The Tusi politics in Longzhou lasted more than 300 years. The outstanding place of the Longzhou Tusi lies in the identity of the Tusi. The first Tusi who named Xueyan was a Jinshi and come from the hans. And a temporary officer stayed in Longzhou and be regarded as a hereditary soil officer , so Longzhou entered the political era of Tusi from then on.Longzhou Tusi politics go through Song, Yuan, Ming Dynasty three generations, different ruler of dynasty keep the Longzhou Tusi. Under the governance of the Tusi, social economy, culture different fields get steady development and trend towards Chinese localization progressively. The national minority through imperial court and suppression of Tusi, has retreated into the mountain area gradually, the national pattern of Longzhou has been changed, formed the Hans lived in level land , the national minority lived in the high mountains or in the gully. The 45th year of Jiajing,Longzhou killed in revenge inside the Tusi and the Ming imperial court regarded this as an opportunity to cancel Longzhou Tusi .The political pattern that Longzhou Tusi lorded it over a district has moved towards dead end. This paper that study on Longzhou Tusi was divided into 5 chapter.
