The article selects the folk art of the Northeast Yangge with the characteristic in art and region as the research object,and it combines culture phenomena , culture problem with consideration about history to interpret region culture and spirit connotation from the point of view of aesthetic culture.About the realistic cultural phenomena of the Northeast Yangge,we enter from its historic headstream, so that we can analyse holistically the boundary of the northeast, the natural entironment, the immigrant society and the development history of the northeast. At the base of aesthetic attribute of the Northeast Yangge ,we interpret the folk art from the point of view of aesthetic through vision and hearing sense of aesthetic modality. From the culture style, searching the connection about the Northeast Yangge and the northeast folk-custom, the northeast female,the northeastemers 'complex for the soil. Through the solidarity between the corporate emotion and the collective consciousness, the Northeast Yangge and the cultural spirit are inherited.As a kind of folk art with the characteristic in art and region, the Northeast Yangge which comprises the culture and the spirit of the northeast is inherited.
