The Research On Phonetic System And Dialect Rank Of Taihe Dialect

《The report of Hubei dialects investigation》comprehensively depicted the Sheng,Yun,Diao system of Ezhou dialect firstly,and range it to Chu dialects region《.The atlas of Chinese》ranked Ezhou dialect to Huangxiao part of Jianghuai dialects system.It is the first time that 《The log of Ezhou dialect》classified Ezhou dialect into two sections which are Jianghuai dialects and Gan dialects,and made an investigation to the city zone and Taihe town as two representational sites.But the author just summarized the Sheng,Yun,Diao systems of Taihe dialect and he ranked it to Gan dialects according that the explodents and affricates of the full sonants in the mediaeval times sound surds which send off airflow.《The log of Ezhou city》came down to Ezhou dialect in the 29th chapter,and it adopted the research outcome of Wan Youbin who is the author of 《The log of Ezhou dialect》,but the introdution is excessively simple,especially about Taihe dialect,it missed the depiction of Yun,Diao system. If we want to comprehensively understand Ezhou dialect,we must comprehend Echeng dialect and Taihe dialect as the representational dialects firstly.The former researchers have made an abundant investigation and study on Echeng dialect,however,the research on Taihe dialect was comparatively deficient and defective. Aiming at such status,it is necessary for us to conclud the Sheng,Yun,Diao system of Taihe dialect ulteriorly based on the detailed investigation. About certain spcial phonetic character,that is, there are few ZeSheng words which are explodents or affricates of the full sonants in the mediaeval times sound surds which send off airflow ,we need to make a comprehensive analysis,and we must notice that there are some such words also sound surds that don't send off airflow.With the social investigation on Taihe dialect,we got the tendency that the pronunciations of some full sonant words are changing from sending off airflow to not sending off airflow.According to this character, combining with other phonetic characters, we ranked the dialect to Gan dialects system.
