A new cultural paradigm is coming to our life as the development of the Internet. It brings a completely new cultural interface. This new cultural paradigm, greatly influences on the traditional life style, has its dualism with reality and virtuality. Today, many of us are relying on the Internet as an efficient tool for studying, working, entertainment etc. But we still need to notice that Internet will make our daily life into chaos if we use the Internet in an improper way. Many researches have been approved Internet's negative sides such as Internet addiction.For further understanding, applying Internet in a good way, the author investigates the Internet addiction Behavior through the discussion of the Internet addiction concept, types, and reasons etc. Besides, the author gives the advices and opinions for the research of the Internet addiction based on its research and discussion.The objective of this article is investigating the relationship of the different group of persons' psychological traits and Internet usage, Internet Addiction Disorder. And the author hope that the results would be helpful to shape the favorable Internet usage circumstances, easy to develop in the high technological space.Online questionnaires and interview are the major methods used in this research. The data was dealt with statistical analysis of factor, correlation, crosstables, anova and AMOS structural equation models etc. The results showed that:1. In the mass, the majority of the Internet users are characterized as: full-time job, high degree education, family Wide Band used and 20-30 years old.2. The results indicate that Internet addiction does exist among some Internet users. In this study, 1210 Internet addicts were screened out by researcher's criteria. The percentage of addicts in this study's sample was about 21.07%, already reach 1/5.3. Among the different level Internet users, high level addicts tend to select interactive social service of Internet, while low level addicts tend to select non-interactive information service.4. Characteristic of the Internet user (loneliness, depressiveness, compulsiveness) had significance influence on Internet Addiction Behavior and troubles.
