The pain and the loss which war brings to the humanity by far surpasses all natural disasters, but in all war weapons, the nuclear weapon has the biggest destruction. The Second World War just ending, America and Soviet transformed from the wartime ally into the competition match, and formed the Cold War two-pole pattern in the whole world. During the Cold War time, between the Warsaw Treaty and the NATO, the two big military blocs confronted mutually. The arms race between America and Soviet created the European society crisis repeatedly, the people living under nuclear war shadow. The Europe continent countries were in the very front of American and Soviet conflicts, after having experienced the huge catastrophe of the world war II, facing the nuclear war threat, strongly requested peace.Among several peace movements in the postwar time, The 80s' European antinuclear peace movement in the twentieth century was a universal peace movement having the biggest scale and influence during the cold war. In 1979, the Twin Track Decision of NATO caused this European anti- nuclear peace movement. The movement formed the high tide from 1981 to 1983. The participants were complex, the organizations were multitudinous. It had the nature of transnational cooperation and opposed the American and Soviet hegemony. To the American and Soviet military foreign policies, the European various countries government party politics and each kind of social organization, this movement had the profound influence.
