Problem representation is the problem-solving start stage, is also the key of problem-solving, the quantity of problem representation will directly affect the problem to resolve. Problem representation means the individual include the exterior information and convert it into internal information, the mental process of the problem space, explicit problem of the operation that settle the condition, target and allow. It since is a kind of process, namely to comprehension of problem and inside turn, is also a kind of result that problem comprehend. The study briefly reviewed the process of attempts for mathematic problem solving that occurred domestically and abroad. It studied Eye Movement occurred in the process of attempts for plane geometry problem solving from different age groups of students. The participants for the study are 25 students who are in Grade Three in junior middle school, Grade Three in high school and Grade Three in University. The difficulty level of the problems used in this study is controlled within the level equivalent to that of Grade Three in junior middle school. The result of the study shows:1. There are significant differences among the three age groups participants in the area of total time consumption for problem solving, fixation count, run count, and saccade count when they attempted to solve junior middle school plane geometry problems. There are minor differences in the other eye movement index including fixation duration and saccade amplitude.2. There are significant differences between excellent student and disability student in the major eye movement index including total time consumption for problem solving, fixation count, blink-count, run count and saccade count. There are minor differences in fixation duration and saccade amplitude.
