The reason why Buddhism advocates leaving the world is that in its opinion there are all kinds of suffering everywhere in the entire world. So the world is not worth enjoying. This pure Nirvana after leaving the world brings the conclusion that there is no self in the world. This means that since there is no self, Buddha only resides on emptiness and saves without-self beings. All of this is real impermanent Nirvana. The reason why the departure is possible is that the circumstance which sentient beings pursue is just the whole universe'sreal nature.
