Background The concept of mental health has long been closely watched, is closely related to everyday life with everyone, but also by the public aggressively pursues a balanced life state. However which related closely with mental health like source of stress, general self-efficacy and coping styles of these theoretical concept and the spread of a series of research are originated from abroad. At present, China’s psychology workers have begun to try to some of the people of our country into the psychological localization of the psychological health of related research and made some achievements. However, the study also relatively small groups of high school students whose the values of the initial formation.Objective This study intends to from our local culture-Going into the World and Leaving the World as the breakthrough point. Discusses high school student’s Going into the World and Leaving the World psychological characteristics, and the relationship with the source of stress, coping styles, self-efficacy and mental health. Reveal the intermediary role of school students’Going into the World and Leaving the World psychology between mental health and the impact of factors. Clearly the Chinese culture impact of the high school students’study and life. Further to put forward concrete proposals and measures the values of life and psychological health education for young people.Method Stratified random cluster sampling was used in the investigation. Five hundred and ninety-one senior high school students in Xinxiang city which came from Xinxiang third middle school and The Affiliated Middle School of Henan Normal University were collected and tested with Stressor Questionnaire, General Self-Efficacy Scale,Going into the World and Leaving the World Psychological Questionnaire, Coping Style Scale for Middle School Students and Mental Health Inventory of Middle-School Students,578copies effective questionnaire were got, the effective recovery was97.8%. Use SPSS17.0and AMOS7.0establish database and data processing, the statistical methods include reliability test, descriptive analysis, T test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis and path analysis.Result1.In demography, The students’fighting spirit who came from senior one and senior year were significantly higher than senior two students’(P<0.05); senior year students’peaceful mind were significantly lower than the other two grades(P<0.05); The boys mentality were much better than the girls mentality(P<0.05); Students from the city on their own requirements significantly higher than students from rural areas and small towns(P<0.05); The type of art school students to own request is significantly higher than that of key middle school students(P=0.000).2.Compared with the Zhejiang high school students norm, local students’fighting spirit is significantly lower than the norm of students’(P=0.000); In addition to the senior one students, the local high school students’ peaceful mind were significantly lower than the norm(P<0.05); The local girls to own request was significantly below the norm of the girls(P<0.05); The local boys of their own requirements significantly higher than the norm of boys(P<0.05).3.Display the intermediary role of school students’Going into the World and Leaving the World psychology between mental health and the impact of factors like that:①fighting spirit, low requirements, peaceful mind into the intermediary model when the time with self-efficacy as the independent variable and dependent variable for coping styles;②To stress source as the independent variable and the psychological health for dependent variable, there have fighting spirit, care about the results, peaceful mind into the intermediary model;③With the fighting spirit as variables, mental health as the dependent variable, problem solving, reasonable positive interpretation, escape, patient into the intermediary model; To care about the results as the independent variable and the psychological health as dependent variable, problem solving, patience, fantasy deny, emotional outburst into the intermediary model; Peaceful mind as the independent variable and the psychological health as dependent variable, positive reasonable explanation, patience, fantasy deny, emotional outburst into the intermediary model.Conclusion1. Senior one and senior year student’s competition is stronger, and the senior year student’s mentality is bad in terms of school environment; In artistic features high school, the students have higher demanding on themselves and have a stronger fighting spirit; The children whose affect person’s education in college degree have higher demanding on themselves in terms of family environment; The boys have high demanding on myself and good mentality in terms of social environment; One-child students and from cities have higher requirements of the self.2.Compared with the normalized score high school students in Zhejiang, the local high school students competition are weaker, poor mentality also.3.Fighting spirit can improve the students’self-efficacy and to play a positive role in alleviating the negative impact of stressors; care about the results from the negative effect;and low demand from the opposite effect, sense of balance may be appropriate to to avoid pointing emotional coping style.
