The plantation slavery of American south is a peculiar institution, while the plantation is the place where the black slaves mainly inhabit. The plantation slavery of has been further consolidated and developed;it also has increasingly acute contradictions with the northern capitalist system. Thus on the basis of using original information, this article informatively shows the picture by describing the black slaves, including their cultural life , the formation patterns of their families and religious beliefs and so on. The article takes the formation and development of the plantation slavery in Antebellum American south as the entry, takes the analysis of the black slaves' status in the Antebellum American south as the core of society, including the political status, economic status and cultural status of the black slaves, therefore we can have a systematical and comprehensive understanding of the status. The emphasis on the study of the plantation slavery in Antebellum America south contributes to a more complete comprehension of the black slaves' social status.After the Independence of America, not only the black slaves have not citizenship, free blacks actually also have citizenship, which break out the fight for the liberation of black slaves in the late 19th century and occurrence of struggle for the blacks' civil rights in the 1960s and 1970s. Although Blacks have been struggling for their own rights, they make a lot of effort, even in the 21st century, the blacks have advanced political status and strengthened economic status, their social status have not yet been fully upgraded. Ethiopian social status is a microcosm of American society in the political, economic and cultural aspects. And thus this article inspects and analyses social status of black slaves in the plantation slavery of Antebellum American south, having great practical and social significance.The whole article is composed of four parts:Preface: make a brief overview including the research of contents and direction about this article and academic research on this subject for of the current situation, and then present the selection practical significance of the topic.Body: mainly give a description of the social status of black slaves in the plantation slavery of Antebellum American south in detail, including background and contents.Section one: the historical background about the social status of the black slaves in the plantation slavery of Antebellum American south. Namely: the colonial Era, the Era of the American Revolution, the Antebellum Era describes the black slavery.Section Two: give a description of the economic status of black slaves in the plantation slavery of Antebellum American south;focus on the slave in "task system", marital status and economic life.Section Three: give a description of the political status of black slaves in the plantation slavery of Antebellum American south;focus on the slave codes and slaveholders in the production and life of the control.Section Four: South America described the slave plantations of the cultural status of slavery, focus on literary, arts, language and religion.This article tracks with the development of plantation slavery, the use of information include: works on slavery and black;to the south of travelers saw and heard;Slaves memories and autobiography. Through the study of these raw data, this article tries to replicate the social status of black slaves in, including political, economic and cultural status. Meanwhile through the detailed analysis of the social status of the black slaves by various manifestations, this paper outlines a life image about black slaves in the plantation slavery of Antebellum American south, has historical research from the marital status, human rights and religious aspects, finally describes specific social status of black slaves in the plantation slavery of Antebellum American south.
