In the period of Anti-Japanese, the Communist Party of China( CPC) and the NationalPeopleˊs Party( NPP) all drew up education policies that matched to its politics, military.Education Front became the important part of Anti-Japanese Race United Front. According to the principle,NPP made up some temporary measures to be advantageous for fighting the invading army:managed the higher school moving;enlarge a kind of educations;practiced scholarshipsystem;etc.. But the basic education policy that its" peacetime" cut only to make particularlydid not change, still insisted on so-called" doctrine of San-min" education aim, promote thecitizen education policy under" new county system", and combined area party department,doctrine youth regiment of San-min, leading policy together. So the education policies of NPPhad the characteristics of adjustment and governance, etc..The third part resists the education policies of the two parties′history functions in theAnti-Japanese war. These education policies of CPC not only enriched Marxist of educationtheories, raised the people's mass cultural level and political consciousness, but alsoguaranteed to fight the invading army.
