| In the period of Anti-Japanese, the Communist Party of China( CPC) and the NationalPeopleˊs Party( NPP) all drew up education policies that matched to its politics, military.Education Front became the important part of Anti-Japanese Race United Front. Discussingand analyzing to the education policies of CPC and NPP overally and objectively at that time,not only have important academic value, but also have the draw lessons from the meaning toour education reform and constructions of today.This thesis is divided into four parts totally.The first part is to discuss and analyze the education principle and policy of CPC inAnti-Japanese War period. After the war exploded, the race crisis was increasingly serious,with the foundation of Mao Zedongˊs cultural and educational theory of the newdemocratic revolution, CPC made up the guiding principle of putting everything gradually forfighting the invading army. With the principle′s guiding, CPC drew up a sery of educationpolicies fighting the invading army: serviced to the war;made up the united front in theeducated work;put the education of staff in the first;education combined with working;etc..These education policies obviously have characteristics of all the people, stability anddemocracy.The second part is to discuss and analyze the education principle and policy of NPP inAnti-Japanese War period. Because Japanese invaded, the education crisis was increasinglyserious too, Chinese educational circles broke out a big discussion for insisting " wartime"education or " peacetime" educational. Face the internal revolt and foreign invasion, NPPdrew up the education principle of" take the war time as normal". According to the principle,NPP made up some temporary measures to be advantageous for fighting the invading army:managed the higher school moving;enlarge a kind of educations;practiced scholarshipsystem;etc.. But the basic education policy that its" peacetime" cut only to make particularlydid not change, still insisted on so-called" doctrine of San-min" education aim, promote thecitizen education policy under" new county system", and combined area party department,doctrine youth regiment of San-min, leading policy together. So the education policies of NPPhad the characteristics of adjustment and governance, etc..The third part resists the education policies of the two parties′history functions in theAnti-Japanese war. These education policies of CPC not only enriched Marxist of educationtheories, raised the people's mass cultural level and political consciousness, but alsoguaranteed to fight the invading army. Although the education policies of NPP had a bad side,But developed each kind of educations , guaranteed the victory of the race war, and improvedthe condition of our education development unbalance, also rose to arrive the importantfunction.The fourth part mainly discuss and summary research this topic, for us today have somerealistic apocalypse that carry on the education reform and construction. |
