Aside from the factors of the transform of our society and emergence of our popular in the city, the appearance of the popular culture of our contemporary country is relation to the following factors: such as the expanding of "personal territory", the rapid development of modern popular medias, the forming of culture industry, loose and comfortable culture policies of our government and unify of the whole world.The characters of our popular culture, that are different from the those of the western one because of the front factors, lies in: it's culture combing politics with economy;it has broken the original culture structure and has facilitated the dialogue between the authority culture, folk culture and intellectual culture;it is a kind of culture with double value of both amusement and aesthetic breaking the boundary between elegance and free culture is bound to become main current culture in our whole society, healthy culture chiming with the essence of human beings and democracy culture spared by majority with the breakout of "the Logic Center" and the coming offspring contemporary times.
