On Cognitive Innovation

This article has mainly studied the cognitive innovation question. The innovation is the hot issues in the contemporary time now, theory studies on it, but from Marxist philosophy epistemology angle research, cognitive innovation research is very few, in view of this present research situation, it is of vital significance to analyze the cognitive innovation. The article adopts the methods from abstracts to concrete, apply theory to reality, the induction deduction, the unification of analysis and synthesis; It has analyzed the cognition and its innovation, the cognitive innovation's origin root and its mechanism, how to promote the cognitive innovation and so on.The main content is composed by five parts. Introduction: Mainly has generally described outlined the present situation of innovation question research as well as proposed cognitive innovation's reason, has analyzed the question, the research technique and their significance of theory and reality. First chapter: cognition's essence is clearly ensured the innovation connotation, characteristics are also analyzed and its'are also analyzed.
