With the fast development of economy and culture business, the requirement of improvement of children's art accomplishment is increasing. The parents hope that their children's overall quality will fully advance in every erea and get more opportunity to receive the art education.As a major musical arts disciplines, vocal music singing is loved by many lovers of music and attracting an increasing number of children to learn it. This kind of situation means a opportunity and is a kind of challenge as well for the teachers who are major in vocal music singing. . Faced with such numerous vocal musics learners, it is a key to cover the higer demands for vocal musics educators that we can use effective teaching methods and valid teaching approachs for specifically learners or not. The children's vocal music teaching should be different from adult because the teenages are experiencing the physiological and psychological growth and development period.It is a good proposition which is worthful to concern and study that how to control the individual scale based on the common sence. In response to this situation, this paper presents that: in children's vocal music teaching ,the educators must accept objective facts and the art regulation and put it in teaching practice. The paper also mention that to find and train vocal music students singing character should be put in the initial position .The text dissertate these issues above in detail.
