Late Qing Mu Fu And Modern Society

Late Qing Mu fu appeared when Qing Dynasty was declining.From the period of Emperor Jia qing and Dao guang to the end of the dynasty,it not only was an important turning point in the development of Mu fu of China,But also produced a great impact to the changing of modern Chinese society.Although the researching on the Mu fu was an important,it wasn't studied hardly in Chinese history for a long time.Though the researching on Late Qing Mu fu appeared in 1930s,the important improvement was achieved in 1980s.In the beginning of 1980s,Mr Zheng Tian Ting published two papers about Late Qing Mu fu.Therefore,some researchers began to study Late Qing Mu fu,but they focused on the Mu fu of Zeng Guo Fan,Li Hong Zhang or local Mu fu.For the reasons,I use modernization theory and another knowledge such as history,politics,talent science,secretary science and military science etc,and adopt the means of microcosmic and macroscopic.from the developing and changing of conventional Mu fu,the paper tried to discuss politics,economy,culture situations of establishing Late Qing Mu fu,make an analyses to the individual case of Late Qing Mu fu in difference times,then induce the characters of general and private advisers,in the end,I evaluated the historic roles of Late Qing Mu fu,it had both positive and negative influences in modern Chinese history we should give it an objective evaluation.The researching on Late Qing Mu fu and China modern society was very important to personnel system in modern society.
