The Characteristic Of The Electronic Countermeasure Soldiers' Interpersonal Relationship And The Study Of The Education Interventions

The interpersonal communication is the important form of expression and decisive factor of interpersonal relationship. It is the sum total that the people in order to mutually transmit the information, communicate emotion, coordinate behavior by various medium, the language, the behavior and so on. The process often is the mutually links up of understanding, the communication of emotion, interaction of behavior and affects in character between individual. As a special community, the serviceman has specific interpersonal relationship. The electronic countermeasure plays new operational strength in modern warfare, the officers and soldiers were requested to have the good mental quality characteristic, especially good interpersonal relationships. Therefore, it has the vital significance and the value to the analysis of characteristics of electronic countermeasure soldier interpersonally relationships and the study of the education experimental either in the education theory of psychological health or in the education practice of army psychology health.In our study, we have investigated to 294 electronic countermeasures officers and soldiers used SCL-90(Symptom Checklist 90), SAD(Social Avoidance and Distress Scale), PRCA-24(Personal Report of Communication Apprehension) and Acceptance of Others in order to understanding their condition of psychological healthy and the characteristics of interpersonal relationship. Then, the psychological education interventions were carried on 120 officers and soldiers who participated in the test through serviceman psychology quality training. To discuss the influence of psychology quality education to the electronic countermeasure soldier psychology and interpersonal relationship.The main findings are as follows:1.The results showed that the level is well of the mental health and interpersonal relationship of electronic countermeasure soldiers.2.The sergeants' psychological quality is best, next is the cadre and the soldier's...
