Content: The human-oriented ideology is one thought that view human's subjective exists, needs supplying and developing as its center, its goal is human being themselves. Moral education, based on human beings, is a social activity, which is oriented by and aimed at the development of human beings. Its essence is to work out the promising abilities of human beings, and promote the value and self-realization of human beings. The human-oriented moral education is the essential way to step out of trouble of traditional moral education. Based on the reflection on the traditional moral education, guided by Marxism humanity theory, the paper tries to explore the construction of the human-oriented moral education.The thesis consists of four parts. In the first part, based on the general and deep study on the historical development of the human-oriented ideology, the connotation of the human-oriented ideology is elaborated and the difference among the human oriented ideology, the people-oriented ideology and humanism is distinguished.In the second part the concept of moral education is afforded at first and then the basic connotation of human-oriented moral education is elaborated. Basing on the human in reality, guided by the human-oriented rudder, the ultimate goal of moral education is thought to accelerate human's full-scale and free development.The third part analyzes realistic basis of human-oriented moral education: it is indispensable requirement of era development and social advancement,interior demand of moral education development and result of reflection to traditional moral education,next is demonstration of theoretic basis of human-oriented moral education: a new human-oriented moral philosophy and the humanity theory of Marxism.The fourth part tries to build the human-oriented moral education. Firstly, we must set up the moral education beliefs and aims on humanization; secondly, we should abide by principles of the moral education, which mainly include principles of subjectivity, stratification, and respect; thirdly, we should catch up with steps of the era, and continue to enrich the contents of human-oriented moral education; finally we should implement method of human-oriented moral education, which including the combination of the teachers' inculcation and direction with the students' free choice, connection of education with self-education, affection in line with reasoning, and what the teacher has done in accordance with what he has taught.
