Practical writing is one of the important curriculum which is offered by the higher vocational colleges and universities, its discipline theory has been already becoming better and approaching perfection day by day. But if practical writing, this curriculum is only studied from integrality and depth of the theory, and the value of practical writing curriculum can't exert well. Because of the difference of the realization and social practice, to the practical writing curriculum in our country, few people use the curriculum structure and curriculum function theory to examine and construct it. Traditional practical writing research only regards it as a narrow discipline curriculum; skill of system's description is incompletely abundant to practical writing curriculum's operating technology, method, etc. Curriculum of the current practical writing has curriculum nature and fuzzy teaching goal; the content of teaching is outmoded, and is lack of the suitable practical writing teaching material; to the old stuff of the teaching method, students haven't enough study enthusiasm; Teaching is appraised singly, and can't really measure such questions as student's ability and level, etc. To this kind of situation, this paper analyzes the practicable characteristic and particularity, which the current of analyzing the practical writing should be suitable for the personal training of the higher vocational colleges' requirement. To the practical writing curriculum nature and goal's localization, the paper analyzes and thinks about the arrangement and implementation of teaching plan, good integration of curriculum content, diversification of curriculum implement method, and reformation and innovation of curriculum teaching appraisal, etc.
