Practical is the government agencies and organizations, enterprises, institutions andpeople in their daily work, production and life on official business and personal matters,the exchange of information, communication and information, with the usual format ofdirect practical value and a written communication tool. In the process of curriculum reform, vocational colleges teachingpractical writing appeared specialization trends, these professionals put Writing Theoryand Practical professional closely, can really play Practical for professional services forthe job in need of services use value. In this context, civil engineering practical writingfrom ordinary practical writing separated. Practical Writing is the so-called civilengineering civil engineering construction process used in Practical Writing. For civilengineering students the practical needs of the future workplace settings, closelyintegrated with the training objectives for the students of Civil Engineering industryrelated professional capacity services.But in the actual teaching there have been many problems, such as nature of thecourse is not clear, blur teaching objectives, curriculum random; lack of specificeducational content, there is no suitable civil engineering practical writing materials;old-fashioned teaching methods, student course important lack of knowledge, lack ofenthusiasm for learning; teaching evaluation unscientific, not truly reflect the students’writing ability and level applications. The reasons are mainly the following aspects,academic inferiority, chronic lack of theoretical guidance of higher authorities, leadingto lagging educational philosophy, it is difficult to establish realistic targets andpersonnel training mode; teachers "double teacher" lack of professionalism should beimproved; combined student impetuous attitude, resulting in a civil Practical Writingteaching inefficient state. In this paper, Civil Engineering Practical Writing teaching situation, put forwardspecific measures: optimize the integration of teaching content, building civilengineering practical teaching system; according to different professions, a clear focuson teaching, using the project approach and in the teaching process combined with themodern media; improve Practical overall quality of teachers, allowing teachers toconduct testing exercise to the enterprise, developing a "double teacher" teachers;establish a scientific evaluation system, the means to be flexible and diverse forms to beunique.On this basis, we propose teaching reform envisaged, namely the establishment ofcivil engineering practical writing training room, is to provide a place for students tooperate modern office equipment in order to complete the construction of civilengineering concrete practical writing text. In this paper, the significance of trainingroom, equipment, teaching objectives, specific teaching training room and other aspectsof the implementation of the construction are discussed.
