The novel visualization has been acting as the intense art representation under the influence of visual hegemony at the end of last century. The thesis, based on current actuality of Chinese literature, analyzes the reasons and influences of this literature phenomenon with the methods of macroscopic reviewing and detailed reading. The thesis consists of three chapters except preface and epilogue. The first chapter focuses on the three embodiments of novel's visualization trend. This trend reflects in the novel's reproduction process, such as the adaptation of the novel by movies. Then it presents in the novel's creative process, and learns from the film language and images of narrative film techniques. Finally, visualization and recreational tendency of contemporary novels develop obviously in the novel's aesthetic tastes. In the second chapter, the author wants to explore the causes of the phenomenon from cultural background, writers and literary audience. The reason why the novels pursuit to"visualization"is that literature is reluctant to leave the past cultural hegemony status, and the writers are hard to resist the temptation for fame and gain, and readers express dissatisfaction on traditional reading methods. The last chapter is about the analysis of narrative novels. Here, the author interprets novels: Chair in the Aisle and Door to Door and Face to Face which are written by Lin Bai and Pan Jun respectively. In these novels we can find many movie skills such as counterchange of lens, flash between forward and backward of the time and space, and changes of different scenes.
