"Outlaws Of The Marsh" is a popular fiction which based on the creation from generation to generation. So the communication has a great influence upon it. It's text is shaped in the course of communication, and still changing, which seems that the communication is a participant creator of "Outlaws Of The Marsh". Therefore, the study on communication of it will help to discover the original situation of this fiction, and make us comprehend it deeply.This dissertation will study from the communication angle to draw the outline of production, publishing, circulation and gaining acceptance of "Outlaws Of The Marsh" during Ming Dynasty, analyzing the circumstance, the communicators and the accepters, seeking for the character.The trait of the communication circumstance during Ming Dynasty was that the control power kept getting failing, while the mundane vigour became stronger and stronger. We can know that from these aspects: the advance of the print, the growing up of the businessman, the change of the fashion, the fade of the government, the new trend of thought and the status-improvement of the popular fiction.The communicators during this time included the writers and compilers, the publishers and the performers. These people were separated in many stratums.The accepters in this epoch can be differentiated to the direct ones and the indirect once. Among them, the critics is a particular and important group.The character of the communication during this Dynasty, as a whole, is the effect of the facts about the circumstance, the communicators and the accepters, involved the control-lose of the communication, the diversification of the text and the indetermination of the worthiness.
