Research On LiSao

In the history of Chinese literature, the "Sao style", as a special literature mode, stands side by side with "poem style". Many senior scholars have done much research on it, which, instead of researching the essence of "Sao style" poem, mostly focus on the formal feature of "Sao style" poem, looking over the essence of QuYuan poems. And in my opinion, what is able to disclose theessential feature of QuYuan poems should be its very "poem core"--the original creatingstandard and the main idea of QuYuan poems. This "poem core" has a great relationship with QuYuan' representative work LiSao, and has become the leading tone of all QuYuan' poems, being the essential feature of QuYuan poem. And the following two aspects of form and content can analyze this.Chapter 1 treats with the formal feature of LiSao. LiSao is characterized by the idea of "the contrast between two factors " in the construction, and so the sentences in LiSao can be classified into the two sorts that include the similar "two factors" and the contradicted "two factors ". By this way, the development mechanism of QuYuan poem can be disclosed clearly: great number of similar "two factors" make QuYuan poem develop into a ample construction, in the same time a few of contradicted "two factors" make the context much more vivid. And this also further construction of a new "the contrast between two factors" in the upper levels in paragraph, so the method of poem-writing of QuYuan poem has been created.Chapter 2 treats with the feature in content of LiSao. There is an intense desire of becoming a king in QuYuan' heart, which originate from QuYuan's special blood. The family tree of QuYuan's is connected with the king's family, and by the end of "period of war", QuYuan's family has run out of flourish. In the face of the adversity of his nation and his family, QuYuan want to rebuild both his nation and family, but he is always frustrated. In spite of that fact, QuYuan always go in for his ideal without any hesitation.
