Implicit stereotyping is an important study area in implicit social cognition, successive racial stereotyping, gender stereotype attracts the researchers attention gradually. By testing structure of gender stereotyping and processing model of university' students, the paper opens out more the complexity, contradiction, and firmness of gender stereotype. The empirical research adopt the Implicit Association Test (IAT), which take the reaction time difference as measurement index to test the implicit attitude, and attain the explicit attitude scores by questionnaire method. The result shows: (1)IAT is a reliable, sensitive and valid test tool; (2)Implicit gender stereotyping shows significant effect, and does not show gender difference. It is an integrated structure. Explicit gender stereotyping shows significant gender difference and it is a dual components structure. Two experiments appear the phenomenon of the experiment dissociation; (3)Implicit and explicit gender-subject appear experiment dissociation also. Three implicit test groups various degrees agree that male and female's study ability in arts are same but male are superior significant than female in science. However, in explicit test, the results have no significant of male and female in studying the difference subjects. The reasons have two: Subjects maybe bend to the press of public opinion or explicit test has strong self-presentation; (4) Implicit gender-subject stereotyping perhaps inclines auto process, adopting top-down processing model. In contrast, explicit gender-subject stereotyping adopts bottom-up processing model.
