1970s, the Western camp and the camp of the East have been the development of transnational corporations and mutual separates the camps increasingly close links, the objective effect of economic ties with the East-West relations eased. Transnational corporations in international economic relations also have negative effects. Control in the hands of transnational corporations on the power developed by weak national economic lifelines, and even meddling in the internal affairs of States, international economic and political order that is a true portrayal of inequality. So the third world countries rose to establish their own transnational corporations, and the developed countries in the world to break the monopoly of the economy, to the establishment of a new international political and economic order to play its role, the above factors interact to 1970s relative stability in international relations towards the direction.
