From Life To Right

With the quick development of biological science and technology, the secrete of life has been exposed more and more widely, the personal manner of life and model of multiply have been changed successively. But science and technology are both swords with two edges, they can bring mankind huge benefit and, also can destroy mankind. Thus, the study of bioethics which protects the dignity and health of personal life has been done extensively, the core of these problems is the right of personal life.In this dissertation, started from self-consciousness to personal life that has been formed during the labor and intercourse, the value of personal life has been analyzed, the relationship between the value and right of personal life has been argued, the highest peak of the right of personal life——freedom of the right of personal life has been pursed. The criterion which the law of moral of bioethics modifies the practice of biological science and technology has been carried out, the transference from life to right has been realized at last.
