The most talented but controversial writer in 19th century, David Herbert Lawrence is criticized for sexual depiction and glorification of irrational affection. As time goes by, people change their opinions and Lawrence's works win general recognition and appreciation. He is considered as a warrior fighting against all the disharmonies in life.
