Soviet (Russia) Union With The Historic Evolution Of Xinjiang's Policy And Political Situation During 1917-1949

The relative between Soviet and Xinjiang China during the first half of the 20^th century has recently caused homeland and foreign's concerns,and got certain important zchievement. Early years, because of its insufficient national power, Soviet used the policy of friendly neighbours. This made Xin developed its political situation basically steadily. In Jin Shuren's period,Soviet began to intervene in Xin's political situation. In Sheng Shicai's period, Soviet really controlled Xin's government. 1944-1949, Xin's internal" peace, fight, divition, harmony"were controlled by Soviet.
