Today, with the rapid development of science and technology, the traditional technology innovation whose only aim is to pursue economical growth as a coin with two sides, on one hand, promotes economic growing fast and improves people's material and cultural life. On the other hand, it causes more and more serious natural ecology crisis and the social ecology crisis. It is a stern question how to eliminate the negative effect of traditional technology innovation, and urge technology innovation to pursue ecology benefit, the social efficiency, human's survival and developing benefit as it pursues economical efficiency.Ecology technology innovation's statement, reflects people's urgent desire that the natural ecology crisis and social ecology crisis which affect human's survival and developing at present will be solved.
