As an intangible cultural heritage,traditional Yong opera has considerable historical value,artistic value and cultural value.With the advent of the digital age,the combination of digital technology and traditional culture is becoming increasingly closer,while the research on the digital protection,communication and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage has emerged as a new focus.Form the multidisciplinary perspectives of the communication theory,spatial production theory and new technologies(AR & VR),etc.,this article focuses on the status and problems traditional Yong Opera experiences and faces in culture communication in the digital times,and analyzes the causes of culture communication and digital-technology solutions for this tradition,thus to explore its innovative mode in culture communication based on the digital technologies.The theoretical structure of the culture-communication model of Yong Opera is conducive to guide the analysis on the status of its culture communication practically.From the overall perspective,the culture communication of Yong Opera presents the problems of structural role and dynamic development,which in nature are the "passiveness" of two subjects(disseminator & audience),the "ineffectiveness" that affects the disseminator and the "backwardness " of the culture-communication system.Assisted by the concept of "space",four contradictory relations of space are discussed in this article,thus to conclude the four major reasons for the current culture-communication problems Yong Opera faces encompassing the lack of functionality,lack of emotion,channel barrier and the subject passiveness,and also analyze the possibility of the digital-technology solutions through the attribute analysis on AR and VR,the theoretical analysis of technical construction,the emotional attitude and psychological expectations of the audience,etc.After combining the problems and causes the the Yong Opera culture communication has,the niche of this article lies in the proposal of the innovative strategy for the culture-communication space of the new Yong Opera based on the digital technologies(AR & VR).
