Constructing The Sex Ethics Under The Angle Of Bioethics

Sex is one of the lasting topics which mankind pay attention to. Sex has the meaning on both sides: on one hand, sex is a natural function of the physiology and mental state,it is self-moving;on the other hand, sex is a kind of social phenomena and should be subordinated to the morals.In some meanings ,sex is placed in the center of the morals,the society and the politics.The appearance of sex morals come from deep cultural background and historical origins, forming the antagonistic theories consisting of abstinence of sex and indulging in sensual pleasures. Sex ethics is an important category of the research of bioethics and planting the root of studies on" life" is the key of constructing the sex ethics.The sex theories of Michel Foucault provide a special angle of view to bioethics on sex ethics research . Michel Foucault pointed out that the traditional theories of sex ethics had been suppressing sensual passion , the word"sex"had become a kind of powerful words and the body had become the object of power and sex had become a tool to rule the body.The rationality of the theories of Michel Foucault is in the analysis to the ethics of sex taboo. Michel Foucault thought that the sex abstinence was an operation method of power and a game of inhibiting and instigating,which brought out two kinds of influence: one was the inhibiting of sex, treat sex as a shame and dirty thing ;the other was to instigate sex, making all people under the surveillance of the civilization. The blemish of the theories of Michel Foucault mainly lies in cognitive imperfection of rights and responsibilities of sex ethics.Constructing the ideal mode of sex ethics under the angle of bioethics should ground on the physiology foundation of sex and give back the original appearance of sex. Bioethics gives us four principles to carry on the reading to sex ethics: love, the independent , mutually respect , beneficial and no hurting .The education about sex to the teenager should match the man's natural character.
