Research On Minxi Cultural Resources' Exploitation And Economy's Sustainable Development

Cultural resources are important economic resources, humanistic resources and the fundamental resources of the culture industry development. The culture industry has become the important pillar of the modern economy, the important sign of a country's integrated power, and new sources of national economic growth. Exploiting and utilizing the regional advantage and special cultural resources, to transform cultural resources' advantage into economic advantage, industry advantage, these are favorable for adjusting the industrial structure in some underdeveloped regions, forming the new sources of economic growth, and promoting the regional economy's sustainable development. In the present situation of worldwide country's rapidly developing the cultural industry and our country's constantly optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure, how to exploit the regional cultural advantage, to transform the resources advantage into the economic advantage, to form the new industrial advantage, it is an important practicing project for the underdeveloped regions. Using Marxist Political Economics' basic principles and combining them with the fundamental theories of some subjects like Cultural Economics, Economics of Resources, etc, and using the methods of integrating the qualitative analysis with the quantitative analysis, centering the questions on exploiting Minxi's cultural resources, on advancing economy's sustainable development, the paper conducts comparatively thorough analysis and research, from the viewpoint of combining the theory with the practice. Through analyzing and discussing therelations between cultural resources' basic theories, cultural resources' exploitation and the economy's sustainable development, the problems between natural endowment of Minxi cultural resources and economy's sustainable development, between Minxi cultural resources' evaluation and exploitation, together with the exploitation advantage of Minxi cultural resources and its existing problem, the paper reveals important role of cultural resources exploitation to promote the economy's sustainable development, significance of cultural resources' evaluation to cultural resources' exploitation. Aiming at Minxi cultural exploitation's problems, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for Minxi cultural resources' exploitation. All these have the positive significance for deepening the cultural resources' theoretical research, exploiting the cultural resources for the local regions, developing the culture industry, and promoting the regional economy's sustainable development.
