Evaluation Study On The Sustainable Development Of Cultural Industry For Hebei Provence

The cultural industry has long been regarded as the most promising sunrise industryof the21st century, culture is a kind of human needs, as long as is a place where peoplelive, there is the demand of the culture. In the context of economic globalization, culturalproducts, cultural resources, cultural consumption and cultural market has becomeincreasingly international, the cultural industry in international competition more intense.How the cultural industry in the increasingly fierce international competition in thedevelopment of cultural industry in our country, it has become an important issue ofeconomic development in China. There are many favorable conditions for development ofcultural industry in Hebei province, the heavy historical and cultural traditions, richhuman resources and vast cultural market, all of these factors to promote the vigorousdevelopment of cultural industry in Hebei province. However, with the improvement ofpeople’s material life level, people’s consumption structure is undergoing dramatic changes,people’s demand for culture is more and more strong. To develop the cultural industry,realize the sustainable development of cultural industry has become one of the importantstrategic choice of economic and social development in Hebei province.This article first expounds the cultural industry and the sustainable developmenttheory research of the related literature, further study of the related cultural industry athome and abroad and the theory of sustainable development research. On this basis, on thebasis of the sustainable development theory to build the evaluation index system ofsustainable development of cultural industry, combined with factor analysis and clusteranalysis of these two kinds of evaluation method, constructs the evaluation model for thesustainable development of cultural industry. The31provinces, municipalities andautonomous regions for the sustainable development of cultural industry by factor analysisdata first, finally it is concluded that the factor score, score of comprehensive in theprovinces, for sure, in order to realize the sustainable development of cultural industry inHebei province and other provinces of comparative study. Again on the basis ofcomprehensive score and ranking to determine the initial clustering points, type ofclustering analysis, and to get reasonable scientific classification, in order to realize the sustainable development of cultural industry in Hebei province positioning research.Finally, find out the shortage of the cultural industry development in Hebei province, andputs forward corresponding countermeasures.
