The Child Police of Nazi German, as an important composition of the Nazi government's social police, had a particular character in rearing the child. The ways and means of its rearing were full of prominent features, and the result was a controversial issue. Through probing into the source of the Nazi child rearing concept, reviewing the concrete content of Nazi fertility policy, verifying how to educate the child and the way it provided the child welfare, this article tries to give an objective judge of the consequence and its comment.The principle part of the article was composed of four chapters, and there are an exordium and an epilogue additionally.Chapter One gives a detailed discussion to the formation of the Nazi child rearing concept. The Germany society experienced the radical changes during the Weimar Republic and was trapped into a pile of problems. The child rearing matter was one of them. From the particular perspective of Nazi, the Nazi government broke through the plight of the Weimar Republic, shaped a suit of the child rearing concept which aimed at breeding the German "Neue Mensch".Chapter Two mainly deals with the Nazi plan of cultivating the elite for future. The plan started before the child was bore, including the "Lebensborn" project characterized by the eugenic welfare and the elite school system which emphasized the Nazi ideology education and the physical training. The plan embody the Nazi holding the great ambition to pierce through the traditional moral bandage and the system frame, building the elite fostering mechanism for future leader. However, the plan crushed up in front of the realty.Chapter Three analyzes raising the normal German citizen, which construct the main body of the "Volksgemeinschaft" imagined by Nazi. Nazi government spared no effort in promoting German women bearing more children. And for the child's health and happiness it took positive welfare activities. The most important thing was that the child should be educated to a reliable and desirable person for Nazi. Accordingly, Nazi government transferred the flaccid figure of the Weimar Republic, altered the declining tendency in the German demography, reconstructed the education system, and regenerated the child welfare system. Simultaneously the increasing number of the German child encountered the some serious problem, such as healthy matter.Chapter Four talks about the four kinds of people destined to be washed out on the Nazi view, which was consisted of the bom and the unborn. The Nazi government definitely opposed the transmissible disabled to bear the child, appealed to the law means, and even restricted the marriage to prevent the things happening. To the offspring of the "Asozial", it tried to transform the family circumstance for reclaiming. As for the "waywardness" and juvenile delinquency phenomena, it divided the traditional system into two parts according to the race perspective, and took more serious monitoring and penalty. Additionally, the disable child, Jews child and the other ethnic child which fell into disused as Nazi thought, would be put into death by the "Euthanasia" for child and the Concentrate Camp.The child rearing was a tremendous issue in the human world, especially when we come into the industrial society. There is an unprecedented challenge in the area of the child education and child welfare. And the child rearing polices of Nazi Germany was a response to this objective process. It deserved human being's soul-searching.
