National Aesthetics is a kind of aesthetic-power words which constructed by mainstream ideology, and is also wide and open aesthetic ideology words which derived from the deep cultural history. Although it is usually controlled by the strong state power, it can imperceptibly infiltrate into all aspects of social life. From the geographical civilized level of'Nation', national aesthetics is regional aesthetic words which has its own geographical characteristics of civilization and from which it can be distinguished from other regional aesthetic words. In this level, we want to emphasize the subjective status of social and historical country, rather than the'integration'universal doctrine, the narrow nationalism or utter nationalism. From the cultural politics sense, National Aesthetics is aesthetic-power words which affected by the strong national mainstream ideology, emphasizing the aesthetic words'national identity in the cultural'dialogue'in the world, stressing the infiltrate of the state power to aesthetics, and the deconstructive and constructive meaning of aesthetics to the political, economic and cultural fields. National Aesthetics often shows strong rational means of'nation', but also has the emotional critical spirit of'aesthetics'. National Aesthetics not only fights for, but also contains reflection and criticize to the subjectivity of country. It strives itself to maintain its life and self-conscious existence in the process of modernization and the speaking context of globalization, and exerts its unique functions of aesthetic reflexivity and aesthetic construct, which are different from political words, economic regulatory, legal sanctions and moral condemnation, etc.Some elements of National Aesthetics surely had been origined long ago, and lively showed in the history of governance and academic history all over the world. So, our research of National Aesthetics is not the simple search for its'origin', but focus on the seeks for the traces of its obvious or latent theorize appearance from the relevant elements in the history. As Piaget's theory of knowledge has noted, we take'Occurrence'as a continuous development process of theory: the real constructing and charmly showing of national aesthetic only can be obtain from a large number of scholars'carefully study.Globalization is surely the basic situation of contemporary humanity. Affected by the impact of globalization, countries really have subsided in some areas, and community are borrowing strength for its rebirth. Meanwhile, in the course of social life, some depravity factors also increasingly growing, which requires strong national power intervene again. In the context of China, on the one hand, the status of'soft power'in the games between contemporary countries is increasingly obvious, and subjective building of the words power of cultural dialogue has become the inevitable choice of national rehabilitation. On the other hand, in the post-totalitarian society, the confluence of political ideology and consumerism ideology seems to make meaningless survival as a popular choice.
