An Inquiry Into The Ecological Way Of Thinking

Philosophy is the essence of the times'spirit. The worldwide ecological crisis appears on the background of the globalization and the accelerating development of the world market economy. Contemporarily, man's quality of life get advanced very much while man's living environment is worsening drastically and philosophy, for its own, must respond to it. The study concerned is continuing and has achieved some in the fields of science, technology, ethics and concerning system but the deeper reason of the present ecological crisis is that man stays in the old, incorrect way of thinking that divides the subject from the object. Truly, this kind of thinking had in history uplifted man's reason and degraded God Almighty whereas it seems inadequate in the present times. Where exists human's destiny? And whether we should protect the environment or develop our economy only? To answer it, a new kind of thought way should be developed. It is the ecological way of thinking which is a new form of Marxist dialectic thought that combines the universal relations and the eternal development and analyses the cause of the present ecological issue and aims to solve how man lives harmoniously with nature and how man lives harmoniously with nature and how the society realizes its sustainable development. As a scientific way of thinking with the characteristics of the times, the ecological way of thinking as a kind of ecological outlook of the world which develops in the course of the development of ecology and other natural, human and technological sciences and provided a scientific basis to recognize the integrity, a new viewpoint to consider modern science in order to know and change the world. Characterized with the organism, it emphasizes the interrelating and interacting between human and nature as a whole, full of the unique times'feature and the whole converting intention of philosophy. It stands for a new philosophical inner-reason of the relationship between human and nature in the procession of the new period of man's practicing. If so, the image of the world is no more a cold machine with the mechanic world outlook, but a lively one. If man wants to survive in the heritage of human civilization in the challenge of the contemporary ecological crisis, he has to rethink the mankind's historical course and his position on the globe and reconsider his behavior and way of thinking in order to live harmoniously, poetically and aesthetically on the blue planet. And only in this way, can man solve the present ecological crisis fundamentally and realize the sustainable development between the human being and his environment.
