Creativity is the ability that innovative talents should possess,and divergent thinking is one of its core.Previous literature studies have shown that the performance of divergent thinking is influenced by both genetic and environmental factors.The key step of building an innovative country in China is to revitalize the development of the western region and accelerate the training of innovative talents in the western region.Therefore,the divergent thinking of individuals in the northwest region of China should be paid more attention and explored.However,previous studies have focused on the influence of family environment and genes on college students' divergent thinking.According to the theory of gene-environment interaction model,the field of psychology began to reveal the gene and environmental factors affecting divergent thinking and their specific effects on the interaction of divergent thinking.Researchers mainly explored the effects of genes and family environment on individual divergent thinking in the dopamine and serotonin pathways.These research results contributed a lot to the field of creativity,but some research results are inconsistent and neglect the school class environment.The results are inconsistent and neglect the school class environment.Therefore,this study investigated the effects of 14 single nucleotide polymorphism loci of DRD2 gene in the dopamine pathway and class ecological environment on individual divergent thinking.In this study,1480 primary school students of grade 2-6 in northwest minority areas were recruited as subjects.DNA samples were collected from oral epithelial mucosal cells for DNA extraction and genotyping.The class ecological environment and verbal and figure divergence thinking were measured by questionnaires.The effects of DRD2 gene and class ecological environment on divergent thinking of primary school students of different nationalities were explored.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.There are polymorphic SNP in the DRD2 gene that affect pupils' divergent thinking,and there are differences in the performance of pupils' divergent thinking with different genetic basis.The rs1799732 locus is significantly related to the originality of the Han school pupils' divergent thinking and the flexibility of the Dongxiang pupils'divergent thinking.The rs6279 locus is significantly related to the fluency of the Hui school pupils' divergent thinking and the originality of the Dongxiang pupils' divergent thinking.The rs6276 locus is significantly related to the fluency and originality of the Hui school pupils' divergent thinking and the originality of the Dongxiang language divergent thinking.The fluency and originality of the s4436578 Hui primary school pupils'divergent thinking,the originality of the Dongxiang pupils' divergent thinking significantly related,rs6278 locus was significantly related to the fluency of the divergent thinking of Dongxiang pupils.The rs 1076560 locus was significantly related to the fluency of the divergent thinking of Dongxiang pupils.The fluency and originality of the rs1800497 locus and the Dongxiang language divergent thinking Sexually significant correlation.2.The multi-site combination of DRD2 gene can affect the performance of pupils'divergent thinking,and there are significant differences among primary school students of different nationalities.The GCGC haplotype formed by Block 1 in this study was significantly related to the fluency of the figure divergence thinking of Hui primary school students and the originality of the divergent thinking of Dongxiang primary school students.The GCCGC haplotype of Block2 and the smooth divergent thinking of Hui primary school students Sexuality and originality are significantly related.The ACCAT haplotype of Block2 is significantly related to the fluency of the Hui school pupils'divergent thinking.The CGT haplotype of Block3 is significantly related to the flexibility and originality of the Hui school pupils' divergent thinking.Blockl's AACT single The body shape is significantly related to the fluency of the Dongxiang language divergent thinking.The AAGTG haplotype of Block2 is significantly related to the fluency,flexibility,originality and fluency of the figure divergence thinking of the Dongxiang pupils.The AAGTG single of Block3 class ecological environment is one of the environmental factors that affect the performance of pupils' divergent thinking.There is a significant positive correlation between teacher-student relationship,classmate relationship,competition and fluency of verbal divergence thinking,and the relationship between learning burden and fluency of verbal divergence thinking significant negative correlation;there is a significant positive correlation among teacher-student relationship,order and discipline,competition and the flexibility of verbal divergence thinking;there is a significant negative correlation among teacher-student relationship,competition and the originality of verbal divergent thinking.There is a significant positive correlation among teacher-student relationship,classmate relationship,competition and the fluency of figure divergence thinking;there is a significant negative correlation among teacher-student relationship,classmate relationship,competition,learning burden and the originality of figure divergence thinking.Teacher-student relationship There is a significant positive correlation among the advancing nature of the figure divergence thinking.4.The interaction between SNP on the DRD2 gene and the class ecological environment can significantly predict the performance of pupils' divergent thinking,and the specific effects of this interaction on the divergent thinking of pupils in different ethnic groups are different.The interaction between rs 1070560 locus and learning burden significantly predicted the originality of the verbal divergence thinking of Han primary school students.The interaction between rs 1070560 locus and order and discipline significantly predicted the fluency of verbal divergent thinking of Hui primary school students,and the interaction of rs2283265 locus with order and discipline.The role of the Han nationality in trying to shape the divergent thinking and the fluency of the Hui people's verbal divergent thinking,the interaction between the rs46483 1 7 locus and the teacher-student relationship significantly predicts the fluency of the Han school pupils'verbal divergent thinking and the fluency of the Hui students' graphic divergent thinking.The interaction between rs4648317 and competition significantly predicted the fluency and originality of the verbal divergence thinking of Han primary school students.The interaction between rs4648319 locus and order and discipline significantly predicted the progressiveness of the figure divergent thinking of Han pupils.The interaction of rs4938019 locus and competition was significant predicting the originality of Han Chinese primary school students' divergent thinking.
