With the economic ethics springing up, the survey of the ethical value of economic behavior from the ethical angle has become the hot subject which the present academic circle pays close attention to. The evaluation of the ethical value of the government's economic behavior is to review the government's economic behavior at the aspect of the combination of economics and ethics, that is, to measure and appraise the government's intervening in the market with the social ethical object and to look for the junction point between the economic development and ethical care in order to provide ethical and moral rules to the government's economic behavior of intervening in the market, to make the government's economic behavior really help the market to develop properly, and to promote the harmonious growth between economy and the society, between human beings and the society.In the past twenty years, our government has led the economic reforms towards the victory from the victory. In the meanwhile, a series of ethnic problems appear. This thesis analyzes these problems in the light of ethics. It is believed that the inward root of the problems is that lack of the evaluation of the ethical value of the Chinese government's economic behavior causes our government's economic behavior to be devoid of the restriction of ethics and morals. Therefore, it's necessary to introduce the evaluation of the ethical value to the economic behavior of our government's intervening in the market so that the evaluation of the ethical value can play a positive role in the government's economic behavior. On the basis of solving the ethical hidden trouble in our government's economic behavior in the light of the evaluation of the ethic value, the author hopes to carry out the evaluation of the ethic value of our government's economic behavior to supply the ethical and moral restriction for its normal operation so as to help our government's public policies to step forward toward the goal of all the people's common wealth, to help to establish a modern economic development pattern with the ethical goal blending into the market, promote the healthy development of our country's market economy, and realize the goal of the harmonious development of the economic development and the social development.
