This paper mainly uses Historical Research Method and Method of the Field Work in the Anthropological Research to assist. It studies the immigration of Xingcun town in the city of Wuyishan as a sample, and talk about the relations between immigrants and Minbei social change. It lays particular emphasis on discussion about the immigration history of Xingcun town since Han Dynasty and Tang Dynasty which could be divided into four stages: first, from the late Han Dynasty to Song Dynasty, mainly the Hans from the north to immigrate; second, Han, Ming and the early Qing Dynasty, emigration and immigration exist simultaneously and occur frequently; third, from the late Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China, main to emigrate; forth, since the foundation of new China, main to immigrate in the early liberation, and main to emigrate after the reform and the open policy. These point out: population migration has a great effect on the economy of Xingcun town, in general, when society is stable, population immigration could promote the development of the local social economy. When Xingcun town was in turmoil, population emigrated in a great deal and the economy was in the depression. Evolution history on migration of Xingcun town is an epitome of Evolution history on migration of Minbei at a certain degree. On the basis of analysis of migration history of Xingcun town, this paper summarizes three characteristics on Xingcun town migration: first, people inhabit in da family to mixed families; second, migration from the remote place to the convenient communication place; third, migration from theturmoil to the peace.This paper analyses that migration has a great effect on local education, religion culture, folklore and so on. In the aspect of education, emigration and immigration in a great deal directly affect the cultivation of talent in Xingcun town, and on contrast success or failure of education has a great effect on the local economy. In the aspect of religion, with the immigration, integration of the inherent religious belief from the Hans in the north and the local religious relief appeared Taoism, Buddhism, Christianity and civil belief which live together in peace. In the aspect of folklore, integration of the custom from immigration and the local custom of Xingcun town formed the custom which is the body of Central Plains Custom and possesses the dense local distinguishing feature.
