Difficult Exploration

The Yan an Conference which concerned about art has set up an important spirit, under whose guide the Chinese modern literature ,especially the so called .17years literature have always developed in the struggle between the unpoliticalization of art and anti-formulism of art.Howerer ,it seemed that the struggle between the two parts hasn't developed equally. The struggle of unpoliticalization has always developed smoothly and has nearly won complete support from theorists, aritics and writers. Meanwhile, the struggle of anti-formulism has never been stopped, though its ways has been full of difficulties and not developed so fast .With the proposal of"Double Hundreds"and the improvement of the art's environment, people began to think more deeply about the quality of art and come up with different kinds of critics on the phenomena of formulism. The notion of"intervening life"has greatly corrected the formulism with its amazing theories and writings. However we can still discover that they haven't castled off the influence from formulism totally after careful analysis of them. This thesis has been written for analyzing the progress and limits of the works about"intervening life". Here are the main content of my paper:The introduction will briefly introduce the background in which the writing proposal of"intervening life"has been made. The first part will talk about the developing situation of Chinese literature between 1949 and 1956.The next part will analyze the reasons why the"17 years literature"has been formalized. The third part concerns about the ways solving the problem of formulism in"17 years literature". The fourth part will discuss the progress and limits of works about"intervening life". As for the conclusion, it has made my argument clear that the fundamental reason why the formulism and generalization hasn't been solved completely is that the governmental leaders couldn't know more deeply about the bond of thought caused by the dogmatism.
