As early as in the ancient times, people are aware of the comfort and remedial power from literature. With the development of psychotherapy theory and skills, psychology researchers begain to link up the therapeutical effect of literature with psychotherapy field, and establish Bibliotherapy. However, making a comprehensive survey of pertinent research field, the positive effect in mental healthy of literature aesthetic accepting course has not been paid enough attention, and there are seldom study demonstrations about it. Nowadays, the mental problems in undergraduates are obvious, and it goes in a epidemic trend. Thereby, to explore a way that use the literature aesthetic accepting course to accommodate undergraduates' depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms has the importance of the theory values and the practical meaning for fostering the high-quality talents.Based on the domestic and international existed research, this study adopts aesthetics and literature aesthetic psychology theory, obeys the rule of individual's literature aesthetic accepting course, and compose the literature aesthetic theory model which has tow interleaving systems. The portrait system stands for the literature aesthetic accepting course and the transverse system stands for the essentials of literature aesthetic psychology. Regarding this model as guidelines, this study introduce group's psychological consultation and Bibliotherapy to design the activity scheme of educational intervention to the graduates' depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms with pertinence and operation. Besides, according to undergraduate's depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms ,this study selects the therapeutic literature works through questionnaires. Then we do the experiement of educational intervention to the undergraduate's depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms, so as to discuss the result that the literature's impact on the research which last 2 months to intervene 26 undergraduates with different levels of depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms.The results indicated as following:(1) The model of literature aesthetic appreciation has the feasibility in its structure and the activity scheme. (2) The activity scheme designed according to the theory model has an effect on undergraduate's depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms.(3) tThe therapeutic literature works selected through questionnaires prove to be effectual on undergraduate's depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms.(4) On the whole, literature aesthetic appreciation can intervene effectively the undergraduate's depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms.(5) Through intervening effectively the undergraduate's depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms, literature aesthetic appreciation can availably the whole mental heath level.(6) There is no significant difference among the sex, area, major, grade,the extent of being fond of literature and the experience of literature study, when literature aesthetic appreciation affects on the undergraduate's depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms.
