Researching On The Tragic Sense Of Life About Zhuang-zi

There is tragic existence in human life, which is a external topic. Before the Qin Dynasty in two thousand years , zhuangzi, the outstanding Taoism, had been aware of the tragic of human life, and thus, he came into a strong sense of the tragedy of life. Zhuang-zi had a profound experience to the tragic life, and he revealed the root of the tragic life, and explored the ways to extricate from the tragic life. Today, the thought of Zhuang-zi is still worthy of our thinking. The scholars in successive dynasties did a lot of research on the thought of Zhuang-zi, till today, but none of them did system study. Thus, after exploring and pursing in the , in this paper, I focus on the analysis of the background and the presentation of the thought of life tragedy, and the way to excuse oneself from the tragedy life, and explore the modern sense of the zhuang-zi `s thought of tragedy life.The tragic of human life and the tragic conscience of life, at first, the tragic of human life is the expression of the struggle of human when who attempts to exceed the limitation of existence(including the Transient of Individual life and the eternal restrictions of social structure). The ideal for the freedom of survival conflicts with the contradictions in real life. People often have no choices in a "dilemma" predicament. Secondly, the tragic conscience of human life only comes out when the life conscience of human life are waking up, and become concern of the realization and exploration of the value of human life in universe, but after they found out to realize the value and significance of life ,all kinds of natural and practical difficulties encountered, and Generated a sense of the pain, sorrow flu, and thus ,they feel that the human life itself as a tragedy. And thirdly, to research the thought of zhuang-zi from the perspective of the tragic of human life, the thought of zhuang-zi contains abundant of sense of the tragic of human life, which is still valuable for us till today, but the scholars did not do enough research on it. The thought of zhuang-zi is valuable in how to treat the existence of the tragic of human life and in how to find a better way for human survival and development.The root of the zhuang-zi`s thought of tragic conscience, firstly is the social background and the individual reason, Zhuang-zi lived in an era of social transformation joints, when frequent wars, social chaos, life goes, and zhuang-zi worked as a Small intellectuals in lower odor have the real painful experience of the disastrous status. So Zhuang-zi confronted the painful circumstances of life and had a sense of the tragedy of life. Secondly, zhuang-zi`s conscience of tragedy of life lied in the philosophy of his sense of harmony and theory of the universe, he thought that the universal constituted by the time was infinite and unlimited, at the same time the universe was ever-changing, did not have a static status, the universe was a integration, it run in its own way and accorded to its own laws in operation. Zhuang-zi understood the finite nature of the human life, as well as the department of human life and the universe when thought the infinite of the universe.Zhuang-zi thought the tragedy of life expressed first in the contradictions of the life without freedom ,so he pursed absolute freedom. He was aware of the plight of people without freedom in reality, and explored the possibility of pursuing freedom. While,in the thought of zhuang-zi the pursuit of freedom was a kind of absolute freedom which could not be realized in reality. Secondly, zhuang-zi was aware of the conflicts of the impermanence of life and the pursuit of eternal value, and he looked the life as a dream, and which was a expression of tragic sense. Thirdly, zhuang-zi thought the tragedy of life lied in the isolation of human beings and the universe, and the isolation of the human and their natural instincts, which was an eternal paradox. At last, Zhuang-zi also found out the tragedy of life caused by the suppression of human in a civilized society and the alienation to human beings.Zhuang-zi actively seeked ways to extricate the tragedy of the existence of life. At first, he believed that confronted the powerful force of social dissidents human beings could do nothing, so human beings must adapt to the natural and society, which was the expression of the thought of inactivity. Thirdly, Zhuang-zi found the way of traveling and escaping to escape from the suffering in society. At last zhuang-zi pictured out a utopian in his ideal as the permanent place in life to category from the tragic fate.The exploration to the possibility of freedom ,the revelation to the external conflict of life was ever-changing. The conscience of the department of human and natural, the critique of the suppression of human civilization and the exploration of the human society toward, all these were very important for us to recognize the difficult times ahead and look for a more reasonable way to survive.
