China is the developing country with largest population base and biggest agricultural population in the world. Chinese farmers' fate is closely linked to the formation and development of Chinese history; it makes a profound impact on the process of social development, constraining China's modernization process. In a Long time, foreign and domestic scholars mainly research Chinese peasant poverty from the social, economic, political, legal and historical perspective but rarely from the perspective of ethics.
