China is the developing country with largest population base and biggest agricultural population in the world. Chinese farmers' fate is closely linked to the formation and development of Chinese history; it makes a profound impact on the process of social development, constraining China's modernization process. In a Long time, foreign and domestic scholars mainly research Chinese peasant poverty from the social, economic, political, legal and historical perspective but rarely from the perspective of ethics. So there are very few scholars study Chinese peasant poverty, especially study that the impoverished Chinese farmers-rural disadvantaged groups sharing of the achievements of social development in the ethics angle of view, and there are very few academicals results about this area. there is an urgent need to intensify our efforts to research it in ethics.This essay attempts to make a discussion closely around the ethical issues of disadvantaged groups in rural areas sharing of the social development results in practice with ethical angle, and the three mains are the individual, the government and the community. The full text is divided into three parts: The first part of introduction, the second part of the main parts of the article, including the first to the third chapter, and the last part of the final conclusion.Firstly, on the basis of outlining the definition, causes and characteristics of disadvantaged groups in rural areas, the first chapter makes an ethical analysis of the fact that the disadvantaged groups in rural areas unable to share the achievements of social development.The second chapter discusses the ethical principles and norms of the practice that the disadvantaged groups in rural areas to share the results of the social development.The third chapter discusses the ethical path of the practice that the rural disadvantaged groups sharing of the results of social development.The part of conclusion points out that following the rapid economic and social development, the accelerating of the process of socialist modernization and the powerful building of new socialist countryside, the issues of rural disadvantaged groups have gotten great important attentions be paid by all sectors of society. Exploring the path that the rural disadvantaged groups to share the achievements of social development in ethical vision is not only a moral ideal but also a moral practice.
