Chinese Female Artists

In this paper I investigate the relationship between fine arts and female in China. Allthese questions are outspread with what is female, what are they looks like, what is theway females exist, how can they develop themselves. According to the temporal gradation,the character of the Chinese female artists had been analysed in each phase of history. Atthe same time the same character and the achievements of the female had beensummarized. The problem they faced the way they make them out. Finally through theconclusion, we can conclude the female artists how to exist and how to developethemselves, and find out the way to resolve these problems.From the archaic female artists which can sort as follow: falling over themselves forfoliage and animal painting; vindicating the feudal moral and just from the whorehouse.At the latter-day and modern times, following their family in the gentlefolk; studyingfrom the normal college and the students abroad. After the rcform and opening at the1980's, the female artists who stand for the academism, the female artists who are theavant-courier, and non-government female artist association. According to the analysisfrom the artists born at the 1980's, I sum up the female artist from every times and theirworks, I conclude that all of their's characteristic and what they can give us. And I alsoconcluded that no one can disengage their background of their history and the character ofthe society. In any ages, they must be restricted by some regulation of the moral, but Itcan not bury their achievement. They pursued their self-value to be the most all the timesin a very limited field. Nowadays, they must face more pressure and difficulty from theirfamilies and the whole society. They need a comfortable environment around them, butmore important, they must face how to challenge themselves, how to win over themselves.Maybe the paper can help the female artists to know themselves better and better, andachieve their real aim.
