Through analysis and study his humanity thoery, we can understand clearly fondational function of his humanity thoery in the system of Dai Zhen's philosophy and bestow an reasonable status on Dai Zhen in the history of Chinese philosophy. In the first chapter one thesis analyses the origination of Dai Zhen's thought by probing into the influence of his humanity theory from two sides:one is the Huizhou society, the other is the academic theory. There were remarkable Huizhou merchants and the patriarchal clan in the Huizhou society, Dai Zhen was born in a family of Huizhou merchants, therefore the values of Huizhou merchants and the patriarchal clan society can influence Dai Zhen' s early thought profoundly. The academic theory can influence the thought of Daizhen which divide into two times which Dai Zhen was in Huizhou and left from Huizhou. Dai Zhen had been living in Huizhou for thirty years which from 1924 spring to 1754 the fall, he contacted the academic theory that is the traditional Neo-Confucianism, namely Xinan Neo-Confucianism. Dai Zhen was out of his homeland from 1754 the fall to his death. In 1754 the fall Dai Zhen left Huizhou until passing away, For the time there were different academic theory spreading in the society, Dai Zhen was able to contact these academic materials when he was wandering. He absorbed the materials to consummate the construction of the system of philosophy theory.In the second chapter mainly introducing the nature of humanity. The essence of humanity is the nature which Separately analyze from the origin of humanity, the exterior structure of humanity and the internal structure of humanity. The elements of masculine and feminine is the origin of humanity, the "destiny",the "humanity" and the "talent" are the exterior structure of humanity, the "sentiment",the "desire" and the "knowledge" are the internal structure of humanity. Dai Zhen replaced the mystery with the nature about the humanity, which endorsed person's natural essential demand is the rationality. Dai Zhen has paid great attention to the moral practice of person's real life to pursue sperson's perfect essence, which powerfully retorted the Neo-Confucianism only to pay great attention to the moral tutelage of the subjective innermost feelings.Third chapter mainly elaborated the theory of Dai Zhen's virtuous humanity.Through analyzing the theory of Dai Zhen's virtuous humanity will obtains the "virtuous" that was one kind of objective behavior standards which the things all had to follow, the "virtuous" can be inherited the humanity when the person has three kind of qualities the "benevolence", the "wisdom" and the "courage", it was not the talent virtuous, its virtuous humanity have the equality, the rationality and the practical.
