This article makes a very detail study on the four famous contemporary physics scientists'thoughts of Beauty of Science during the period of 1900 to 1955. With Elbert Einstein as the representative, it was a time of Beauty of Science. Each of these scientists'thought has its own feature and emphasis. Einstein pursues the unification in the variety of beauty and he intends to find new theme out of old ones. Bohr's theory of mutual complementary beauty indicates the nature of micro particles– unity of opposites. Heisenberg's theory of symmetrical beauty identifies the uncertain feature of micro particles. And Dirac's theory of non-jointed beauty is meant to explain the constancy of various formats of the mathematics equations in physics. The theories of these four scientists are of one general feature– unity of human beings and the nature, which is related to the following three aspects: the application of Beauty of Science methodology, the positive influence of irrational factors in scientific research and foundation of unity of truth and beauty. Then the article goes deeper to study on the relationship between contemporary physics and the Chan sect of Chinese Buddhism, meanwhile it explores the philosophical coherence of them: contemporary physics tries to explain the nature with the theory of human beings and nature unified organic world, while the Chan sect of Chinese Buddhism focuses on experiencing the world subjectively and objectively. This gives the philosophical basis for unveiling the aesthetical significance of Beauty of Science.Scientists take the universe as a whole subject with aesthetical meanings in researches, so when they explain the"truth"by scientific theories, they would feel the excitement of creativity, and this is real aesthetical excitement. Consequently, there are rich meanings of life, especially humanism spirit, in conducting scientific activities because of the pursuit of Beauty of Science. Such humanism spirit is an emotion spurred by the nature of Beauty of Science and it shows the charm and significance of Beauty of Science.
