All Indian Muslim League (hereafter referred to it as " Muslim League ") is an important power in the Indian Nationalist Movement. From 1937 to 1946, its communal tendency inclined to be more and more serious, and it established the separatist route finally; In the same period, The Muslim League's member quantity and its influence also had enormous growth. This offered important chip for the fact that it insisted on establishing an independent Muslim's country. This text tries to carry on the discussion to the transformation of Muslim League between this period and the relevant reasons promptly.The first part of the thesis is what has been summarized to the characteristics of Muslim League's transformation from 1937 to 1946. Meanwhile, It points out the establishment of its secessionist route, the rapid increase of its members number and the obvious promotion of its influence. In the second part, the article starts with the angle of the relation between the Congress Party and the Muslim League. It will show the impect of the Congress Party in the chores of the Muslim League's transformation. The content includes the characteristics of its religious characteristics, its"One Nation" policy and its fault when it organized the province government after 1937. The extent shows, as the main rival of Muslim League in the political field, the Congress Party is a strong factor that gets. the Muslim League have such huge transformation. In the third part, the article starts with the angle of the relation between Indian Muslim community and the Muslim League. It will investigate the social background of the Muslim League's transformation. Firstly, the article attempts to answer the question that why the Muslim community can not be Indian fully in long time. Furthermore, it tries to find the answer why the Muslim community is ready to get benefits with the tool of communalism. Therefore, this part has probed into the social and cultural factor which get the Muslim League have such huge transformation. In the fourth part, the article investigates the role of Britain-Indian authorities among the process of Muslim League's transformation. In the Law of Indian Government in 1935, the policy of " Divide and Rule " has been fully reflected . During the period of autonomy of province, it has been drawn close and it offered an excellent social environment for the Muslim League to follow the route of secessionism. During World War II, the Britain-Indian Authorities insisted on the attitude of looking on at one's trouble with indifference to the Muslim League's transformation. In a word, the Britain-Indian Authorities has played an important role that can't be underestimated on the Muslim. League's transformation.The fifth part is a summary made toward to the above-mentioned contents. The article thinks that the Muslim League's transformation is a result of the very factor of India which acted on together in the particular environment. Among them, the Indian national contradiction in the religious field has been further moved towards sharpening in the wrapping up in and holding under the arm of nationalism trend. The procedures of the election in the modern party politics are utilized under India's characterized social environment by communists. For stabilizing its own " referee " status, the Britain-Indian Authorities; did not take some effective counter-measure to the religious conflict that took place in this period. On the contrary, it tried every possible means to utilize it. The Muslim League's transformation takes place in the transition course when India changes from traditional society to modern society, from colony to modern national independent country. So it has a general meaning in many aspects.
