The Research On Job Satisfaction About Air Traffic Controller And Its Relationship With Influence Factors

The study on job satisfaction has been a pop subject for quite a long time in the international academia. In China, comparing with research abroad, the depth and extent in this field seem not sufficient, especially lacking localized research tools and academic achievements. Air traffic controller that are a special group are selected as the object of this study. The thesis aims to explore job satisfaction about ATC (Air Traffic Controller).Analyzing the historical of the air traffic control system, the thesis expatiates on Practical and theoretic significance of the study. After that, the former research literature at home and abroad reviewed and summarized. By means of literature analysis and structured interview, the influence factors of job satisfaction are collected and revised, which are made up of 7 situation variables of company administration, job itself, leadership behavior, interpersonal relationship & social support, working compensation, working environment & conditions and 8 demographic variables. In the course of the study, some revise have been done on the research of QINGHUA University Chinese Company Human Resource Management.The results on job satisfaction about ATC in the study which are concluded, are helpful to reform human resource management, motivate employees, positively and reduce turnover rate.
