Studies On The Cultural Safety Problems Of China Under The Background Of Globalization

With the increasing penetration of the globalization, the national cultural security in the Nontraditional Security must arouse enough attention because of its unique characteristic. The writer makes an initial study on how to accurately understand the connotation of the cultural security and construct the cultural security system with Chinese special feature in this thesis.This thesis consists of four parts. In the first chapter, the connotation of the cultural security and the cultural globalization is summarized mostly. It is divided into three parts. In the first part, on the base of the meaning of the culture & its division and the domestic division concerning the definition of the cultural security & its insufficiency, the cultural security is defined from the angle of the Architectonic, in order to solve the plight of the inconsistent on its connotation. In the second part, on the base of annotating the content of the cultural security from the angle of the history and reality, the characteristics of the cultural security are analyzed. In the third part, the function of the cultural security is discussed.The second chapter, which is divided into two parts, expatiates on the pressing and importance of studying on the cultural security of China under the background of the globalization. The first part is a summation of the globalization, the economical globalization and the impact which the cultural globalization makes on the cultural sovereignty. The second part discusses the development of the national safe view after the Cold War.The third chapter discusses chiefly the reasons of threatening the cultural security of China, which is analyzed from the inside and outside angle of view.The fourth chapter analyzes mostly the countermeasures of safeguarding our national cultural security, including: comprehensively promoting cultural dissemination power, innovation power and industrial power; maintaining the progressing direction of the advanced culture; formulating the Chinese characteristic cultural security strategy; establishing the multi-level cultural security early warning mechanism; strengthening the network security construction; strengthening the education about cultural security consciousness in colleges and universities; making good use of the WTO rules and the cultural exceptional principle to protect the national culture; speeding up the digitization construction of the cultural heritage and so on.
